This was particularly apt as the Nottingham City Bus service at the time of this caption became NCT a 'wonderful' new idea to paint the buses colours, move the bus stops and alter the timetables to improve the service. They no longer ran when or where they were needed missing buses were so common on every route all day the local paper filled with complaints. Now we have trams 'connecting Nottingham' which only run on one route which already had a train service!
