THE ROBIN HOOD FESTIVAL
The Robin Hood Festival is held each year at the Sherwood Forest Visitor Centre just outside Edwinstowe Village.
A week long celebration of the legend of Robin Hood managed by Nottinghamshire County Council it features entertainment for all the family.

The 2011 Festival will be held from Wednesday 10th August until Sunday 14th August.
The visitor centre is open 10am - 5pm.
Festival events are held between 11am and 4.30pm.
Entrance is free.
Some activities such as archery, trail leaflets and the open air theatre do have charges to participate (50p - £3).
Car parking is £5 (this can be redeemed if you spend over £15 in one transaction at the shop or restaurant and produce your car parking ticket at the time of payment)
